mo chica

We dined at the Mo Chica opening this past week in downtown LA. The flavors were phenomenal. Some dishes - like the pan con tuna - were light and fresh with a citrusy bite, while others - like the aji de gallina - were warm, homey, and reminiscent of your mother's best stew. The plates are affordable and served family style. Plus, the restaurant serves up some epic cocktails.
