We're slowly but surely making our way across the 2200 miles from LA to Chicago. Though our days have been filled with plenty of driving, we've managed to include some tasty lunch stops and mini night adventures. Some highlights have been the addictively spicy green chiles in Albuquerque, the tender slow roasted brisket and turkey in Texas, and the obligatory (but oh-so-delicious) In-N-Out on our way out from California.
