everything tastes better when it's mini

I'm helping a friend plan the menu for her boyfriend's 30th birthday. He loves burgers, so naturally we'll be putting together a sliders table. We wanted to incorporate a few more options for people to eat, so we decided on a mini appetizer table - all small, finger food portions.

This decision came at the absolute perfect time since Peter Callahan's Bite by Bite cookbook was recently released and Camille Styles posted a few of her favorite pictures. So - of course - I spent a good portion of my day searching for different mini food options. Because everything looks better - and most definitely tastes better - when it's mini.
